How To Use Pepper Spray
Pepper spray is one of the most effective self defense products available.
Pepper spray is easy to use, and can be carried in a pocket, a purse, or attached to a keychain.
It can also be put in a drawer, or on your night stand in your home. When you feel threatened it
can be carried in your hand in ready fire position. If you are attacked, simply aim and spray it into
the face of the attacker and escape. AIM......SPRAY......ESCAPE
What happens when someone is sprayed with pepper spray?
A one second burst to the face will cause temporary blindness, choking, coughing, and nausea
which will bring the attacker to his knees. The active ingredient in pepper spray is Oleoresin
Capsicum which is non toxic and causes no permanent damage.
Pepper Spray & Mace Tips and Tactics
Pepper Spray Tactics The element of surprise is one of the best strategies in the use of pepper
spray. Never show your pepperspray unit to scare off an attacker. This will only give him or her a
chance to try to block or avoid the pepper stream.
Keep your pepper spray hidden in your hand until needed.
Test your pepper spray unit as soon as you purchase it and once every 6 months. Use a short
1/2 second burst. Always test your unit outside. Be careful that you don't spray into the wind. Be
sure to wash your hands after testing. Just a tiny amount of pepper spray on your finger could
cause temporary stinging in your eyes if you rub your eyes later on.
Keep your pepper spray out of the reach of children.
