It is a serious crime to use pepperspray or Mace spray for any purpose other
than self defense and personal security.
It is unlawful to take pepper spray or mase spray aboard passenger aircraft.

New York: New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed firearms
dealers or licensed pharmacists in that state. We can not ship pepper spray to New York.
Massachusetts: Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from
licensed firearms dealers in that state. We can not ship pepper spray to Massachusetts.
States where pepper sprays have some restrictions:
California: Pepper spray unit must have no more than 2.5 ounces of defense spray.
Michigan: OC Pepper spray can be no stronger then a 2% concentrate. CS is the only tear
gas allowed and can be no larger then 35 grams per can. No combination self defence
sprays allowed. You can buy Michigan approved pepper spray at PepperSprayPlus.com.
Wisconsin: Pepper spray only. No tear gas, UV dye or combination sprays allowed. Pepper
spray, OC, mace can be no stronger then a 10% solution. The can must be between 15-60
grams. The pepper spray, Mace spray unit must have a safety feature.
